At (L)ove (U)r (P)lanet, we often work with assisting organisations in decommissioning their laboratories through the re-allocation of their underutilised laboratory or manufacturing equipment. We don’t just work with decommissionings, however. Often, capital projects will be completed that were for a bespoke requirement or specific grant purpose that has been completed. In this particular case study, (L)ove (U)r (P)lanet is currently working with a biotech company to assist in the re-allocation of their equipment. The initial project has since concluded, and all the equipment is in great condition and between 2 and 5 years old.

Background

A startup from the UK, now based in Melbourne, has developed two core platforms that are central to their business, focussing on innovative solutions to enhance product security and integrity. The startup’s technology ensures that each product is protected against counterfeiting and securely linked to its digital record, guaranteeing maximum safety, brand protection, and trust throughout the supply chain. To further support their business, they have enlisted LUP’s support in dismantling a production operation.

product list

In communication between two parties, a strategy was created to guarantee optimisation in the sale and distribution of their products. Through collaboration, a product list covering 10 categories of items was created, with benchmark pricing levels established as minimum thresholds for potential sales.
